|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home — I have only been here for a couple of weeks, but so far it's been great
I love the huge patios The community is seemingly quiet and my neighbors have all been rather friendly. The office staff has been not only friendly and welcoming, but excellent at communicating and getting things done.
The maintenance team was really quick like next day, first thing quick 😲 with their response in fixing the few minor things I had experienced upon moving in too
Most importantly though, my dog loves exploring her new neighborhood Getting to walk through and see how all my neighbors have personalized their spaces is an extra nice touch. You don't see communities like this anymore. This place feels more like a home than any other apartment I've had in the area.
The only downside this far is guest parking. It's quite a trek from the front of the complex to the opposite end. But honestly, the fact that you automatically get 2 assigned covered spots is pretty incredible.
So far this was an excellent choice to call my new home.

|Recommended: YesTenant — I would recommend the tree trimmers not use the dumpsters to pile their garbage in. It takes up the tenant’s space in the garage.
Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, at times, people do come from other properties and use our dumpsters. We will make sure our contractors do not do this.
